AirCRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that enables businesses to manage contacts, track leads, monitor communications, and streamline their sales pipeline.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AirCRM to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using our service, you grant AirCRM a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
